Blue Ocean Suite has some of the largest state-of-art flat panel HD Sony 4K TVs cleanly wall-mounted with all wiring hidden in the walls. The Great room has a 75" Sony 4K TV, the ocean view master bedroom has a 65" Sony 4K TV, the second mountain view master bedroom has a 55" Sony 4K TV, and the third bedroom has 55" Sony 4K TV. The great room and all three bedrooms each have either HD cable boxes or DVRs along with 4K Apple TVs for streaming content. Each TV has 2nd tier digital package channel line-up each with premium channels like HBO and Showtime. The great room has an ocean view desk with a printer/scanner and a full array of office supply along with convenient charging stations.

The alfresco panoramic ocean view veranda has a stainless Viking gas grill and outdoor lounging furniture. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and is complete with a power juicing machine, espresso machine, coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle maker, toaster oven, toaster, mixer, food processor, hot air popcorn popper, rice cooker, tea kettle, spices/herbs, assorted coffee beans, a full set of cookware, service ware, small devices, and other conveniences. Housekeeping Services Provided Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately.

For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Most provide one “deep” cleaning every 3-4 days based on a minimum rental term of 6 nights at advertised rate.

Reservations with inclusive housekeeping receive the following assistance per housekeeping service:
  • Change bed sheets and pillow cases, re-make beds, launder linens off-site
  • Decorative bed pillows are placed in the closet for your convenience
  • Replace stocked soap and paper products and replenish toiletries
  • Remove trash/garbage
  • Change bath towels if left on the floor or in the tub to be laundered off-site
  • Start a wash for small towels including kitchen towels
  • Wipe off bathtubs, sinks and counters
  • Surface cleaning following by a sweep/vacuum of floors and carpets in traffic areas
  • Wipe off outside furniture and counters.
  • Clean entry and patio floors as needed
  • Light kitchen tidy up
Extra Housekeeping Cost Additional a la carte housekeeping service is $55 per hour per housekeeper plus tax with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Beach & Ocean Access Stroll past the lovely cascading waterfall and beautifully planted gardens to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach, as well as to the Wailea Beach Villas Resort Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you. Water, towels, umbrellas, and chaise lounges are provided complimentary at the two swimming pools and on Wailea Beach for guests of Wailea Beach Villas Resort.
Pool Blue Ocean Suite H401 is convenient to the family pool, hot tub spa and Fitness Center, however, it's on the Wailea side of the resort, so it does not have direct exposure to the family pool, meaning it's in as quiet of a location as possible in the "penthouse" building. A second pool with a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa that is dedicated to adult use is just a short stroll down slope at Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants. Both pools are heated with relatively shallow design for maximum heat retention. Outdoor Spa There are two open-air star-lit free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds, including one just steps from your private elevator.
Air Conditioning All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the great room doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again.

Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded. Entertainment Four true high definition digital cable boxes are provided with each super thin Sony 4K TV with either DVRs or with HD Cable Boxes and all with 4K Apple TVs.

VILLA SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES
  • Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
  • Please expect ambient audible living sounds including twilight luau entertainment from neighboring resorts, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
  • You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
  • Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda “lanai” areas is required.
  • Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
  • On-site maintenance for interior plant care is performed weekly.
Notice: Wailea Beach Villas Lower Lobby Improvements Project continues with the completion date extended to Dec. 23, 2024.

The resort's lower lobby lanai, located adjacent to the “family pool” and beneath the penthouse tower residences, is being renovated. There will be No Work taking place the week of U.S. Thanksgiving, Nov. 23rd - Dec. 1st. Intermittent tile cutting noise may heard near the site when new tile is set from approximately Dec. 2 - 16th. Dec. 17 - 23 is the project's expected punchlist review and site demobilization timeframe. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Noisy work is permitted only after 9:00 a.m.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
