Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately. For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Notice: Resort-Wide Updates at Montage Resort and Spa Montage Resort and Spa is currently undergoing exterior renovations, including updates to stucco, windows, and walls, with work progressing building by building through summer 2027. Construction at Building 2, where Ocean Dreams Grand Residence 2203 is located, is scheduled to take place from late October 2026 to late July 2027. We expect no impact to guests' use and enjoyment of the resort's common area spaces until sometime in 2026. For more details, please contact our office. You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Please expect ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, on-site or adjacent luaus or live music, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations. Montage at Kapalua Bay sometimes hosts luaus on-site. This villa is not a ground floor unit. Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda “lanai” areas is required.
